Zümrüt was founded in 2021 by Dr. Salma Bakr, after years of practice between Cairo and Istanbul. Our philosophy is simple: honesty is the first treatment, time is the second.
Our story
We started from one question: why do clients leave disappointed?
After years in large clinics, we noticed one pattern: clients arrived expecting a miracle, and left after three sessions feeling deceived. Not because the laser failed, but because no one had told them the truth from the start.
We built Zümrüt as a deliberately small space, where we can give each client real time, honest explanation, and a plan that doesn't get forgotten between sessions.
